 What are the difference between the ranges & Where are the products shipped from?

Our Atelier and Boudoir range products are all handmade at our small home studio.

The Apparel range is designed by us and manufactured through different design companies around the world, we will order the product for our customers and check the quality before it is send out.

Our Vintage range are all personally selected from vintage markets and shops, all products are one off and details are listed on the product pages.

In short words, Apparel, Atelier and Boudoir are all based on made to order basis.
Only Vintage range are instock and ready to ship.

All of our products are shipped from UK and we ship internationally.

 

♡ How can I check the shipping cost for item(s)?

You can do so by using the Calculate shipping option at the cart page.

When you are checking out, please provide shipping address in English.

 

♡ How long does it take for the order to be sent?

It will take approximately 1-5 days for the orders to be sent, customer will receive a confirmation email of the tracking code for the parcel.

However if any item(s) is unpaid or in pending status for over 3 days period, we do reserve all the rights to cancel your order .

 

♡ Return & Exchange policy

Currently we don’t accept returns, sometimes there will be imperfectness but we do check for any damages before we ship, please consider this before you purchase anything.

And every monitor screen colour may vary, we try our best to match the colour of real life products as close to the photo as possible.

 

♡ Our shipping policy

Our shipping costs are based on the product’s weight.

To reduce the weight of packaging, we will ship our products in postal bags, for other fragile items such as jewellery we make sure they are bubbled wrapped safely and secure before we ship it to you.

To calculate the shipping costs before check out is simple, just add the item you want and click on ‘Cart’, then click on ‘Calculate shipping’, and the system will automatically update the cost for you.

We also refund any extra charged postage to your PayPal.

Also note that we charge £0.50 as package costs for every order.

 

♡ UK, Europe & International Orders

All items are all shipped from UK, all UK orders will be ship by Royal Mail Signed For™ 1st Class.
For European countries and International we offer three options:

International Tracked & Signed

International Tracked

International Signed

All three options provide a tracking code in which provides insurance for us and avoid the chances of parcel being lost.

Please also check your countries Import tax and VAT policy for the value of goods entering the country as it is not our duty to pay for any import tax.

There are some countries that Royal Mail is not shipping to due to wars or other affairs, for more information please check www.royalmail.com

 

♡ How long will it take to receive my order?

For UK Signed for 1st class mail, it usually delivers on the next day or within 2 days, on rare occasion or busy period such as Christmas season it can take up to 1-2 weeks.

Once shipped most Europe orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service and location.

International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 3 weeks. Countries such as Russia or Italy may take longer.

In some past experiences, shipping to South America area could take up to 25 business days to a month.

Please also note that on special events such as Christmas month, the postal service will be busy and therefore slower delivery than usual, always check the announcement on blog and Facebook page for further notices.

 

♡ What happens if my package is lost?

It is often that delivery may take longer than usual when its during high seasons such as Christmas, New Year and other holidays. We will contact you by email if your order may take longer to deliver.

If you are purchasing our products as a gift and wish to avoid the high season please place order a month in advance.

However, if you do not receive your parcel after 4 weeks, please contact us through the contact page or email to info@lapetitefille.co.uk and we will check the online status of the parcel

It is a rare occasion a parcel is lost, however it does happen in some occasions.

If your parcel is lost or not received in over 4 weeks, we will try our best to reclaim the damage from Royal Mail, but we do not hold responsibility for any damage or lost.

 

♡ How do I pay for my orders?

You can only pay by PayPal on this website. For more PayPal information, please go to: PayPal.com

You don’t need to be registered at PayPal to pay for your items, as long as you have a debit or credit card you will be able to pay through PayPal system without registration.

 

♡ What will you do to my account & shipping information?

We will only use your shipping information for shipping the order to you and we will never share any of your information with any third parties.

Our website is also protected by SSL to avoid any leakage of your personal details.
